NOTE: costs related to international transfer are to be paid by you. The net amount has to be transferred to us, otherwise your registration is invalid. Deadline Participants are requested to register before FEBRUARY 1, 2006 Conference Registration Confirmation

Confirmation of conference registration (after receiving payment) will be emailed within two days of receiving your actual payment. If you do not receive such a confirmation, contact Lidwina Tromp at +31 15 278 6196 or email l.m.tromp@ewi.tudelft.nl

 Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed if requested in written before FEBRUARY 15, 2006. A handling fee of 50 euro will be charged.  Fees cannot be refunded for cancellations requested after FEBRUARY 15, 2006.

    Important Dates

»FEBRUARY 1, 2006 : Registration deadline.
»FEBRUARY 15, 2006 : Cancellation deadline.
»FEBRUARY 20, 2006 : All bank transfers must be received. If payment can not be made in time, payment has to be done CASH on site.
